The price remained bearish for six consecutive days, falling to <strong>$1.04<\/strong>. This drop coincides with the announcement of the TGE for the PUMP token on the Pump.fun platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This &#8220;sell the news&#8221; event didn&#8217;t only affect Fartcoin, as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/solana\/\">SOL<\/a><\/strong> and other memecoins like <strong>BONK and SPX<\/strong> experienced similar declines. However, Fartcoin has struggled the most to recover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This prolonged decline naturally created panic among major holders. According to Lookonchain, a whale who spent <strong>4.53 million USDC<\/strong> to purchase Fartcoin three days ago liquidated their entire position for just 3.9 million dollars, suffering a <strong>loss of $631,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Whale A8tJFp exchanged all 1.07M $Fartcoin($1.13M) for 4.41M $USELESS 4 hours ago.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/tCJdN8xN3g\">https:\/\/t.co\/tCJdN8xN3g<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/SLwirilAhv\">pic.twitter.com\/SLwirilAhv<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Lookonchain (@lookonchain) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lookonchain\/status\/1942879501182234746?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 9, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, another whale sold 1.59 million Fartcoin for $1.71 million and immediately turned to new bets on cryptocurrencies like <strong>USELESS<\/strong>, <strong>SPX, BONK and PENGU<\/strong>. This reinvestment in other tokens sends a strong signal: some whales no longer trust Fartcoin&#8217;s short-term potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"retail-investors-join-the-exodus\">Retail Investors Join the Exodus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whales weren&#8217;t the only ones fleeing. According to Coinalyze, Fartcoin recorded a negative Buy-Sell Delta for six consecutive days. At the time of writing, Fartcoin&#8217;s Buy Volume stood at <strong>$2.2 million<\/strong> while Sell Volume was approximately <strong>$2.35 million<\/strong>, resulting in a negative Delta of <strong>$129,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, data from Santiment confirmed that the Weighted Sentiment around Fartcoin remained in the <strong>red for five consecutive days<\/strong>.
