According to Katie Stockton, founder and partner at Fairlead Strategies, Bitcoin is expected to reach $135,000 as an “intermediate target.” After nearly two months of consolidation, Stockton believes Bitcoin could hit this milestone before experiencing a significant correction. Her forecasts are based on technical analyses projecting future movements from previous bullish breakouts.

Stockton’s prediction aligns with those of other crypto experts, notably Markus Thielen from 10x Research, who estimates that Bitcoin could climb to $133,000 following the July 10 breakout. Other analysts, like Nick Ruck, also anticipate progression toward $130,000 – $138,000 in the short term.

Indeed, the MVRV Pricing Bands show resistance at $138,000 that could be reached in August before potentially retracing to $115,000, or even $109,000, if this level isn’t broken through.

Despite recently crossing the $120,000 threshold, retail investors still appear absent from the market. This bullish phase is primarily driven by institutional capital, without the usual signs of retail investor enthusiasm. These smaller investors are only expected to get involved around the $150,000 mark.
