They&#8217;ve observed that whenever ETH breaks the <strong>$3,100<\/strong> barrier to reach <strong>$4,000<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/pepe\/\">PEPE<\/a> typically records a <strong>significant increase<\/strong>.
