During this period of decline, short-term investors<\/strong> have begun to capitulate, leading to negative consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to analyst Burak Kesmeci, the MVRV ratio of short-term Bitcoin<\/a> holders has fallen below 1<\/strong> after 132 days of profits<\/strong>. A drop below 1<\/strong> indicates that these investors are now at a loss<\/strong>. Furthermore, realized losses have significantly increased, jumping from 623 BTC<\/strong> to 2,600 BTC<\/strong> in just two weeks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historically, substantial losses among short-term investors<\/strong> typically occur near market bottoms, allowing “strong hands” to accumulate<\/strong>, which could signal a potential rebound<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Market Awaiting a Bullish Catalyst<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While short-term investors are actively selling, long-term Bitcoin holders remain stable. The short-term sell-side risk level<\/strong> is dropping sharply, indicating strong confidence<\/strong> from long-term investors<\/strong> who prefer to maintain their positions<\/strong> rather than sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite intense selling pressure<\/strong>, it appears that short-term investors have sold enough and are now exhausted<\/strong>. In fact, the seller exhaustion constant has begun to increase again after an August decline<\/strong>. This pattern often emerges when selling slows down, reducing pressure and paving the way for recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If demand returns, Bitcoin<\/a> could stabilize<\/strong> and target $112,000<\/strong>. However, if short-term investor selling persists, a drop<\/strong> to $105,003<\/strong> remains possible.<\/p>\n\n\n
