This places the market firmly in the &#8220;<strong>fear<\/strong>&#8221; category. This indicator reflects <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/\">crypto<\/a> market sentiment by weighing investor fear and greed. Historically, such low levels <strong>often coincide with the end of correction phases.<\/strong> Some investors view this as an <strong>opportunity<\/strong> to enter the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"interest-rate-concerns\">Interest Rate Concerns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell recently <strong>warned about risks associated with interest rate cuts,<\/strong> once again highlighting uncertainty about inflation. The second-largest cryptocurrency has lost nearly <strong>15%<\/strong> since the beginning of the week and has fallen below the $4,000 mark.
