This means that stablecoins, synthetic assets, or governance tokens can now benefit from time-based or conditional unlocking conditions, exactly like XRP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For developers and institutions, this is a major <strong>bullish<\/strong> signal. This increased flexibility brings the XRPL closer to the advanced smart contract functionalities found on Ethereum, while maintaining the speed and low fees of Ripple&#8217;s network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stablecoins-and-rwa-ripples-new-target\">Stablecoins and RWA: Ripple&#8217;s New Target?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This update doesn&#8217;t come out of nowhere.
