The authority also stated that certain crypto sectors, like <strong>stablecoins<\/strong>, <strong>proof-of-work mining, or <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/pump-swap-solana-dex-could-revolutionize-memecoin-trading\/\">memecoins<\/a><\/strong>, were not under its jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of these areas also have financial ties with <strong>the <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/tether-trumps-stablecoin-global-finance\/\">Trump<\/a> family<\/strong>, particularly through memecoin projects or connections with <strong>World Liberty Financial<\/strong>, a company supporting its own stablecoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Paul Atkins coming in, these regulatory changes are expected to be formalized and expanded.
