As of August 27, however, MicroStrategy’s diluted mNAV stands at approximately 0.74x<\/strong>, while its enterprise mNAV is hovering around 1.01x<\/strong>. In plain terms: the company is now trading at roughly the raw value of its BTC holdings, with no meaningful premium attached. Without that premium, it cannot raise cheap capital to buy more bitcoin.
