Bitcoin ETFs<\/strong> have just posted their longest consecutive positive inflow streak in months. In just six days, funds managed by BlackRock<\/strong>, Fidelity<\/strong>, and Morgan Stanley<\/strong> absorbed nearly $2.8 billion<\/strong> in fresh capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind these figures lies a powerful signal: the average Bitcoin ETF<\/strong> investor has returned to positive territory for the first time since January. A sentiment reversal that deserves a closer look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet price appreciation has remained measured. While inflows surge, BTC<\/strong> is not keeping pace \u2014 and that is precisely where the most compelling angle of this sequence lies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six days of positive flows: the numbers moving markets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to data from Farside Investors<\/strong>, US spot Bitcoin<\/a> ETFs<\/strong> recorded net positive inflows across six consecutive sessions starting September 17. The peak came on Monday, with close to $1 billion<\/strong> in subscriptions in a single day \u2014 a level not seen since October 6, when funds captured more than $1.2 billion on the very day BTC<\/strong> hit its all-time high of $126,080<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bloomberg<\/strong> ETF analyst James Seyffart<\/strong> highlighted a key signal: the estimated average cost basis for Bitcoin ETF<\/strong> holders has just climbed back above $81,722 per coin<\/strong>. In practical terms, this means the majority of ETF investors are now sitting on a profit \u2014 the first time that has been the case since January. Macro, the Fed, and debasement: the real drivers behind the rally<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This renewed appetite for Bitcoin ETFs<\/strong> cannot be explained by crypto market<\/a> dynamics alone. In August, the US Treasury Department<\/strong> announced it would at least double the size of its liquidity buyback operations. That decision weighed on 30-year Treasury yields and weakened the dollar \u2014 two catalysts that have historically been favorable for Bitcoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BTC<\/strong> also shrugged off two major headwinds last week: the stalling of the Clarity Act<\/em> in Congress \u2014 the flagship crypto regulation bill \u2014 and a fresh interest rate hike by the Federal Reserve<\/strong>. On the on-chain front, CryptoQuant<\/strong> noted this week that Bitcoin<\/a> has crossed back above its 365-day moving average<\/strong><\/strong> \u2014 an indicator classically associated with the end of a bear market. Following the post-ATH collapse last October, which saw more than $19 billion in positions liquidated<\/strong> in a single event, the market appears to have digested the shock.
