Following the resounding failure of the Clarity Act in the U.S. Senate<\/strong>, the American derivatives regulator is now proposing a new regulatory framework for crypto exchanges that choose to register with the agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An initiative that is reshaping the U.S. regulatory landscape \u2014 without, however, filling the void left by the absence of federal legislation<\/strong>. Here is what market participants need to take away from this development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
