Coinbase Celebrates Historic Regulatory Victory

After over two years of careful examination, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its investigation into Coinbase‘s financial disclosures without any requests for modification or restatement of relevant documents. He wrote, “Today, I am pleased to announce that we have fully resolved – without restatement or amendment – a number of comments related to our disclosures that the SEC sent to us slightly over two years after our IPO”.
