After over two years<\/strong> of careful examination, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC<\/a><\/strong>) has concluded its investigation into Coinbase<\/strong>‘s financial disclosures without any requests for modification or restatement of relevant documents. A major milestone for the cryptocurrency exchange platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Paul Grewal<\/strong>, Coinbase’s Chief Legal Officer, welcomed this positive outcome. He wrote, “Today, I am pleased to announce that we have fully resolved – without restatement or amendment – a number of comments related to our disclosures that the SEC sent to us slightly over two years after our IPO”<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
