However, if major US banks adopt it, the Pi Coin could <strong>reach a new all-time high<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Banxa?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Banxa<\/a> is creating many new accounts, each with a balance of 0.98 Pi. This could lead to price volatility soon. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Z4zxgp8Cgg\">pic.twitter.com\/Z4zxgp8Cgg<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Dr Altcoin (@Dr_Picoin) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Dr_Picoin\/status\/1912895759936012318?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 17, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/crypto-investing\/\">Crypto<\/a> analyst Dr. Altcoin warns that the creation of an avalanche of new accounts on Banxa with small Pi balances poses an increased risk to the Pi network&#8217;s price stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Altcoin revealed in a message X that the coordinated activity of accounts on the cryptocurrency trading platform Banxa could impact the stability of Pi network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He believes Banxa allows the creation of multiple accounts, with a common denominator being their funding with small token balances. The new accounts all have a balance of <strong>0.98 Pi<\/strong>, worth approximately <strong>$0.61<\/strong> in a coordinated style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Banxa is creating numerous new accounts, each with a balance of 0.98 Pi,&#8221; said Dr. Altcoin. &#8220;This could lead to price volatility.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>While the entity behind the synchronized account creation remains unknown, Dr. Altcoin points out that extreme price <strong>volatility<\/strong> is on the horizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, small wallets have been involved in <strong>wash <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/trading\/\">trading<\/a> scams<\/strong> to simulate fake market activity. Secondly, a concerted token sell-off in wallets can create artificial selling pressure on the network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By keeping token balances below the 1 Pi mark, the entity is suspected to be trying to circumvent exchange rules and <strong>avoid detection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"significant-whale-activity-for-the-pi-network\"><strong>Significant Whale Activity for the Pi Network<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While Banxa accounts buy tiny amounts of Pi, <strong>whales <\/strong>load up their holdings with seismic purchases. The number of tokens on exchanges has decreased from <strong>365 million to 359 million<\/strong> in less than 48 hours. The 6 million token drop from exchanges is seen as a clear sign that whales are accumulating for the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, it is unclear if the increased whale activity is related to Banxa account activity. This may suggest <strong>whale accumulation<\/strong> and a defense of this <strong>support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pi momentum could thus <strong>pick up again<\/strong> towards new highs, showing indicators to reclaim the <strong>$1<\/strong> mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite this, the CMF is still deeply negative in 12H, and the PI price has fallen back below the <strong>Ichimoku<\/strong> cloud.
