Formerly known as MicroStrategy, the company now holds a portfolio of <strong>576,230 Bitcoin<\/strong>, purchased for a total amount of <strong>$40.8 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This latest large-scale purchase announcement had an <strong>immediate impact<\/strong> on the MSTR stock price, soaring above the symbolic <strong>$400<\/strong> threshold. The plaintiff, Anas Hamza, representing the class, alleges that the executives made <strong>false or misleading statements<\/strong> and did not disclose information about the anticipated profitability of Strategy&#8217;s Bitcoin strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/liquidationcrypto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Optimize your trades with liquidation data !<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The plaintiff also claims that the defendants did not sufficiently communicate <strong>the risks associated with Bitcoin price volatility<\/strong> and the extent of potential losses. Unspecified damages, as well as interest, legal fees, and other remedies, are sought. However, Saylor and the company plan to &#8220;vigorously defend&#8221; against these allegations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"a-risky-bet-paying-off-for-now\">A Risky Bet Paying Off for Now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite these <strong>legal challenges<\/strong>, Strategy continues its Bitcoin accumulation strategy, becoming the largest institutional holder of the <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/\">cryptocurrency<\/a>. This bold move has allowed the <strong>MSTR<\/strong> stock to outperform Bitcoin since the beginning of the year, with an increase of over <strong>38%<\/strong> compared to only <strong>8%<\/strong> for <strong>BTC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, <strong>investors<\/strong> <strong>remain<\/strong> <strong>cautious<\/strong> due to the inherent volatility in the crypto market and the significant risks associated with this strategy.
