Over the past week, XLM has dropped to a <strong>local high of $0.276<\/strong>. Currently, at the time of writing this article, XLM was <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/trading\/crypto\/\">trading<\/a> at $0.2799, marking a <strong>4.26% decrease in 24 hours<\/strong>. Ali Martinez, one of them, envisions a <strong>possible drop to $0.23<\/strong> if Stellar fails to <strong>maintain $0.27<\/strong> as a support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his analysis, Martinez noted that Stellar could face a strong price correction as the bearish momentum strengthens. According to him, XLM must <strong>hold the $0.27 level<\/strong> to avoid future losses. In case of a break below this level, the altcoin will find a <strong>next support around $0.23<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"are-investors-remaining-cautious\">Are Investors Remaining Cautious ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investors are pulling out of the market as the <strong>bearish pressure mounts<\/strong>. Stellar&#8217;s Open Interest aggregated by exchanges has dropped for 6 consecutive days. This decline indicates that even those opening positions as Open Interest decreases have mainly bet on the downside. Thus, the majority of market participants are betting on price decreases, indicating strong <strong>bearish sentiments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stellar-a-decisive-technical-turning-point-ahead\"><strong>Stellar : A Decisive Technical Turning Point Ahead ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stellar is facing <strong>strong downward pressure<\/strong> with sellers dominating the market. If the current trend continues, <strong>XLM <\/strong>will record further losses. If this level fails to hold, a <strong>new drop will send XLM to $0.252<\/strong>. Short-term, a drop to $0.23 as predicted by Martinez is unlikely unless a strong sustained decline occurs.
