Binance argues that this transaction involving financial securities is <strong>protected<\/strong> <strong>by the &#8220;safe harbor&#8221; clause<\/strong> provided by US bankruptcy regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Binance, this legal provision should help <strong>ensure the validity<\/strong> of this fund transfer, even if one of the parties &#8211; in this case, FTX &#8211; subsequently went bankrupt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cz-accused-of-hastening-ftxs-collapse\">CZ Accused of Hastening FTX&#8217;s Collapse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>But the FTX liquidators&#8217; complaint does not stop there.
