The decision to dismiss the case &#8220;with prejudice,&#8221; preventing the SEC from reopening the same case, represents a <strong>resounding victory for Binance and the crypto industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This announcement comes amidst regulatory changes in the United States.
