While <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/crypto-investing\/buy\/bitcoin\/\">Bitcoin<\/a> remains in a<strong> consolidation phase<\/strong> after reaching new highs, Ethereum might be on the verge of a<strong> significant breakthrough<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to crypto analyst <strong>Lark Davis<\/strong>, data shows that ETH is back in the game. Since May 8, ETH&#8217;s trading volume has displayed a<strong> sustained upward trend<\/strong>, indicating a resurgence in buying and selling activity. Although not directly confirmed, on-chain signals and behavior of large wallets suggest massive <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/crypto-investing\/buy\/ethereum\/\">ETH purchases<\/a>, possibly in anticipation of<strong> future price increases<\/strong> or institutional inflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Importantly, the article also highlights Ethereum&#8217;s remarkable relative strength compared to Bitcoin. Even as BTC retraced from its all-time highs, ETH held steady, showing its <strong>resilience<\/strong>. This independent performance is often a<strong> bullish signal<\/strong>, suggesting that ETH could lead the next market move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Ethereum&#8217;s <strong>76%<\/strong> dominance in the tokenized assets space, boosted by the growth of stablecoins and active wallets, underscores its leadership role in the overall crypto ecosystem. This network strength continues to<strong> attract capital<\/strong> and developer attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"technical-analysis-of-eth\">Technical Analysis of ETH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite a minor drop of <strong>1.29%<\/strong> over the last 24 hours, ETH is currently trading at <strong>$2,608.70<\/strong>, still up over<strong> 45%<\/strong> in the past month. Its 24-hour trading volume surged by <strong>9.14%<\/strong> to reach<strong> $17.75 billion<\/strong>, while its market cap stands at <strong>$314.79 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The chart shows that ETH is forming a structure of higher highs and higher lows, while maintaining support above key EMA20 at <strong>$2,522<\/strong> and EMA50 at <strong>$2,320<\/strong>. Price action remains within a horizontal channel, with clear resistance around<strong> $2,787<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If ETH manages to break above the $2,787 resistance with volume, the next target could be <strong>$3,000<\/strong> and beyond.
