Pi Network at a Crossroads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Pi Network (PI)<\/strong> is currently experiencing a turbulent period, with a nearly 6%<\/strong> decrease over the past seven days. While the technical signals are mixed, a thorough analysis reveals interesting clues about the future prospects for this cryptocurrency<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Firstly, the Pi Network’s Directional Movement Index (DMI<\/strong>) indicator shows that its Average Directional Index (ADX) dropped from 44.59 to 34<\/strong> in just one day. This decline comes after a sharp increase of 16.89<\/strong> three days ago, suggesting that the recent trend, although strong, is gradually losing momentum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With ADX still above 30<\/strong>, PI remains in a marked trend phase. However, the fact that the indicator<\/a> lost nearly 25%<\/strong> of its value in a day indicates a weakening of the bearish momentum.<\/strong> This signal could herald an upcoming change in direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) side, the indicator is currently at 0.07,<\/strong> down from 0.19<\/strong> two days ago but still in positive territory. This reading suggests moderate but persistent buying pressure, despite the recent price retreat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although this level is not high enough to confirm an aggressive accumulation phase, it indicates that capital continues to flow<\/strong> into the asset, albeit more cautiously than a few days ago. If the CMF manages to stay above zero, it could support price stabilization or even a gradual recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, PI is struggling to reclaim the breached uptrend line at $0.6179.<\/strong> If this level is regained and held as support, PI may attempt to break the crucial resistance at $0.66.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crucial Support to Watch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In terms of price levels, Pi Network is trading just above a key support at $0.601.<\/strong> This level represents a critical threshold to monitor closely in the coming days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this support breaks, the PI price could drop to $0.542, or even $0.40<\/strong> if the bearish pressure intensifies. Conversely, defending it could pave the way for a potential rebound, with resistance at $0.647 and $0.658<\/strong> to watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
