As highlighted by <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/crypto-investing\/\">investor <\/a>MisterSpread, <em>&#8220;the biggest structural risk is the friction between Bitcoin&#8217;s decentralized ethos and the growing push towards centralized regulatory oversight.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeed, data from BitcoinTreasuries shows that over the past five years, BTC holdings of <strong>private companies<\/strong>, public companies, <strong>governments<\/strong>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/trump-media-partners-crypto-com-launch-crypto-etfs\/\">ETFs<\/a> have surged over <strong>12 times<\/strong>, rising from<strong> 210,000 BTC to over 2.6 million BTC<\/strong>. This increased involvement of institutions could lead to legal pressures or unwanted changes to Bitcoin network fundamentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I estimate that $140K is where the remaining Bitcoiners &amp; retail sell all their BTC.
