Al explotar una vulnerabilidad en el <strong>bridge cross-chain<\/strong> de KelpDAO, el hacker logr\u00f3 generar artificialmente m\u00e1s de 116 500 tokens rsETH. Esta manipulaci\u00f3n masiva permiti\u00f3 crear el equivalente a 290 millones de d\u00f3lares de la nada, utilizando <strong>un contrato de LayerZero comprometido.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inmediatamente despu\u00e9s, estos tokens falsos se depositaron como garant\u00eda en los mercados de pr\u00e9stamos de Aave V3, que operan en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/investx.fr\/es\/invertir-criptomonedas\/comprar\/ethereum\/\">Ethereum<\/a><\/strong> y <strong>Arbitrum<\/strong>. De este modo, el hacker pudo pedir prestados m\u00e1s de 280 millones de d\u00f3lares en WETH y ETH reales antes de que los liquidadores pudieran reaccionar. El token AAVE ha sufrido una violenta <strong>correcci\u00f3n<\/strong>, desplom\u00e1ndose m\u00e1s de un <strong>10 % <\/strong>en las horas posteriores al anuncio.
