An Enticing Rumor, But No Proof
The Pi Network community is once again flooded with rumors about a possible listing on Binance on August 15th. Posts and screenshots are overwhelming social media, claiming that Binance is preparing to launch the $PI token. Some users even say they’ve noticed unusual activity from Binance wallets, suggesting something big is coming.

Pi supporters are comparing this situation to what happened before OKX listed $PI. Back then, similar rumors circulated before the listing became reality.
However, despite the excitement, Binance has made no official statement regarding a potential Pi listing. While the Pi wallet now appears to offer Binance as an option via Onramper, it’s important to note that Onramper is a third-party payment gateway and doesn’t reflect Binance’s internal listing plans.
The Transparency Problem
Popular analyst Dr. Altcoin has also shared his perspective. He explained that before a major exchange like Binance or Coinbase can officially list Pi, they must complete a Know Your Business (KYB) process required by Pi Network. For these giants, this is no small matter.
The biggest issue ? Pi Network still hasn’t published a clear roadmap or complete tokenomics on what will happen after its mainnet opens. This lack of transparency raises red flags for major platforms.
So, Will Binance List Pi on August 15th ?
At this point, the answer appears to be no. While the community continues to speculate and hope, there is no solid evidence or official statement supporting this rumor.
Despite this uncertainty, Pi is already attracting serious trading volume of over $100 million daily on exchanges like OKX, MEXC, and Gate.io. These platforms have fulfilled Pi’s business verification requirements and already offer unofficial trading pairs.
Although the Pi community is eager, there is currently no verifiable evidence that a Binance listing will occur on August 15th. Until an official announcement is released by Binance or the Pi Network team, this information remains purely speculative.
