Since June 30, Celestia has experienced a significant 12% drop in value. Both short and long-term prospects for this altcoin appear pessimistic, with technical indicators reflecting a bearish market sentiment.

Coinalyze data shows an increase in Open Interest during price declines, signaling an intensification of short selling. Additionally, the negative funding rate indicates a predominance of short positions, reinforcing the overall bearish sentiment.
Consequently, downward pressure on Celestia is intensifying, with a tangible risk of falling toward the symbolic threshold of $1. Breaking through the support at $1.31 could mark a bearish structure change, confirming the continuation of the negative trend.

However, a liquidity zone between $1.27 and $1.33 could offer potential for a bullish reversal, but sustained demand would be necessary to reverse the trend. CoinMarketCap data also shows 995,000 TIA tokens being unlocked daily, an element worth monitoring to anticipate a possible turnaround.
Despite everything, TIA displays a bullish divergence in its daily RSI. Additionally, it has touched the lower zone of its Mean Reversion Channel.

But the POC at $2.57 will be difficult to break through. Overall, it’s much more prudent to wait for a breakout above this resistance before entering a position in TIA. Other altcoins currently display more probable bullish signals.
Celestia’s current situation suggests persistent bearish pressure, with concrete risks of falling toward $1. Investors should carefully analyze these indicators and adjust their strategies accordingly. Although the possibility of a trend reversal exists, current data does not indicate an imminent change.
