XRP, XLM, HBAR: The 3 Altcoins to Watch Closely in June 2025

XRP, XLM, and HBAR stand out as the best-positioned altcoins for the next capital rotation. Here's why analysts are watching them closely in June 2025.
Nearly three weeks of correction have taken a heavy toll on altcoins. But according to one analyst, the capital rotation could be set to resume soon — and three assets are standing out clearly from the crowd.
XRP, Stellar Lumens (XLM), and Hedera (HBAR) are said to be the best-positioned to capture incoming flows as soon as market sentiment turns around. Here is why these three cryptocurrencies are drawing attention at the start of June.
Between institutional profit-taking and macroeconomic uncertainty, the current consolidation phase may be hiding a repositioning opportunity for seasoned investors.
Two main factors explain the weakness seen across crypto markets over recent weeks. First, large investors cashed out their gains following the spring rally, creating mechanical selling pressure across the board. Second, macroeconomic uncertainty — particularly around Fed monetary policy — prompted institutional players to reduce their exposure to risk assets.
These two dynamics combined have produced a prolonged consolidation phase, but technical signals are beginning to shift. Selling volumes are thinning out, key support levels are holding, and the Fear & Greed Index is showing signs of stabilization. Historically, this type of setup often precedes a renewed flow of capital into high-liquidity altcoins.
It is precisely in this context that XRP, XLM, and HBAR emerge from the analysis: three assets with solid fundamentals, real-world use cases in payments and decentralized finance, and price structures that have not capitulated despite sustained bearish pressure.
XRP remains the most closely watched asset of the trio. The Ripple token benefits from growing adoption across cross-border payment corridors, and the regulatory clarity secured in the United States following the SEC lawsuit continues to strengthen institutional confidence. On the technical side, XRP is maintaining a compressed price structure, a sign that sellers are exhausting themselves against a steady residual demand.
Stellar Lumens (XLM) shares XRP’s focus on low-cost value transfers, but distinguishes itself through its partnerships in emerging markets and its integration into central bank digital currency (CBDC) projects. The historical correlation between XLM and XRP during bounce phases makes it an interesting satellite asset to monitor alongside XRP.
Hedera (HBAR) operates in a different category altogether: its hashgraph network, governed by a council of Fortune 500 companies, is attracting enterprise projects looking for a scalable alternative to public blockchains. The recent uptick in on-chain activity on the Hedera network — particularly around real-world asset (RWA) tokenization — represents a fundamental catalyst that the price has not yet fully priced in.
For XRP, the $0.50 level is acting as a major pivot support. Holding above this zone combined with a recovery in buying volume could trigger a move toward the next resistance. Medium-term traders are also watching the convergence of moving averages on the weekly chart as a confirmation signal.
XLM and HBAR are showing similar setups: well-defined consolidation bases with attractive risk/reward ratios for those anticipating a return of risk appetite. On HBAR in particular, the current support zone coincides with a historical demand level that has been tested multiple times since 2024.
That said, caution remains warranted: no reversal signal is confirmed until Bitcoin reclaims a clear bullish momentum. The correlation between BTC and altcoins remains high, and a fresh leg lower across the broader market would invalidate the short-term bounce scenarios for all three of these assets.
