MANTRA Targets International Expansion Through Strategic Partnership
The plan is ambitious : transform private market assets into tradable digital tokens in the DeFi space, with real-time data reporting. Inveniam, a US-based company specializing in data operations management, is investing $20 million to support the expansion of MANTRA, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
“We have been in discussions with MANTRA for some time. As we observed malicious third parties targeting excellent builders and founders, we became more involved. During our due diligence, we found that MANTRA is a fundamentally excellent chain, with excellent management, regulatory clarity, institutional orientation, and the right partners,” said Patrick O’Meara, President and CEO of Inveniam.
Massive Expansion of the RWA Ecosystem
A key element of this partnership focuses on the United Arab Emirates. MANTRA’s Dubai subsidiary already holds a full license to operate digital asset services. Additionally, Inveniam has offices in Abu Dhabi. Together, they will leverage local regulations, infrastructure, and the AI capabilities of UAE-based technology company G42.

The goal is to create a comprehensive market infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). It aims to unlock a market estimated at $18.9 trillion by 2033. This initiative could reverse MANTRA’s recent downward trend in total value locked (TVL), which has fallen from over $4 million in April to less than $500,000 in August.
After Its Fall, Is OM Preparing a Comeback ?
Meanwhile, MANTRA’s native token OM is attempting to recover after April’s collapse. It plummeted by more than 90%, dropping from over $6 to less than 50 cents, wiping out more than $5 billion from its market capitalization.
Although the token is still far from its highest levels, technical indicators suggest that a potential trend reversal is underway. On July 20, OM surged by 52%, reaching an intraday high of 40 cents, before settling around 28 cents. This rise triggered a bullish signal with the crossing of the 20-day exponential moving average and the 50-day simple moving average, a signal that remains present. The OM price now maintains above both these moving averages. This could bring it back toward the resistance level of 40 cents, confirming a short-term bullish trend.
This initiative by MANTRA and Inveniam demonstrates the growing momentum in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector. The creation of a comprehensive infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets is a prime example. It leverages regulations from the UAE and the United States. Thus, this strategic partnership could accelerate widespread adoption of this new class of digital assets.
